1. Acceptable Use

By using VelocityType, you agree to use the service only for personal, non-commercial typing practice. Any attempt to use automated scripts, bots, or cheats to manipulate leaderboard results is strictly prohibited.

2. Performance Data

We reserve the right to audit and remove any scores that appear to be illegitimate or achieved through exploitative means to maintain the integrity of our Elite Leaderboard.

3. Premium Assets

All assets, including the engine logic, sound effects (ASMR), and visual designs, are protected under intellectual property laws. Redistribution or replication is not permitted.
